[orca-list] the to field is not read correctly when composing a message in TB

Hi all.
Using orca updated today try the following steps.

1. Launch thunderbird.
2. Press ctrl+n to compose a new message.
Observe that the last thing read by orca is entry.

3. Press tab and observe that orca announce  the subject field correctly.
4. Press shift+tab and observe that orca reads only entry.
Orca should read something like to, the to field.
