Hi List,
With a webpage latest Orca master branch version spokening unneed the
text box related tutorial message the normal up or down arrow key line
navigation.
If I reverting following commit, the issue is not happening:

Little offtopic, but related issue this commit related:
If this commit is reverted and in Thunderbird 31.1.0 version I press
CTRL+N keystroke, Orca spokening right the "To:" label and the text box
rolename. If this commit is not reverted, Orca spokening only the "text"
rolename.
