[orca-list] a problem with clickables, might be related to recent changes

hi all
 I've been testing the latest changes to carrot nav, pulled about
thirty minutes ago. It seems to work fine for the most part, but I've
noticed two issues I'm not sure how to fix. First, go to:

You'll notice orca says a lot of things are clickable. Down arrowing
works pretty much flawlessly. However, say all seems to get confused
and skip parts of the page, and word navigation is impossible when in
a clickable. It will simply repeat the entire clickable, instead of
allowing you to move left or right by word. It isn't a specific spot
on the page, it's mostly the entire page. If a debug log would help,
I'd be glad to provide one.
