Running the experimental-orca function again should update what you
have. You won't get updates automatically for experimental packages
unless you reinstall them using the functions. Libreoffice is a bit
different, as it gets updated via the repositories, and you can just run
something like

installpkg libreoffice-fresh

to get the latest version. But the experimental functions should still
work either way. Orca is being built from its git repository as you run
experimental-orca and wait for it to restart. Since it isn't updated
from any repository other than the AUR, you need to rebuild it every
time you want to update it, and the easiest way is by using the
experimental-orca command. Hope this helps.
