[orca-list] preparing to file my first bug report for unlabeled fields

hi all
I'm about to file my first bug report for unlabeled buttons, text
fields, etc. I thought I'd start with orca, although this isn't
strictly unlabeled, as it is not detecting the new labels. I've
emailed about this before, so will keep it short. If you're in an
application and the label of something changed, for example if the
text or a progress bar value changes, orca cannot detect the new value
with flat review. Of course, if it's a progress bar, it works as
expected. This isn't just in applications. On panels, if your battery
charge applet updates with a new value, for example, orca will still
read the old value unless orca is restarted. This doesn't affect
strictly flat review, but orca in general. THe list is endless, but
those are just a few examples. Should I file a bug against orca,
at-spi, pyatspi? I'm not sure which. Does anyone have any ideas? I'll
cc any bugs I file to this list, and I'll do my best not to file too
many bugs per day so I don't flood the list.
Thanks
Kendell clark
