Hi, I am using the same version that you are using.

Can you generate and send a debug file?
To create the debug file you can run orca in the terminal using the 
following command:

orca --replace --debug-file=orca.debug.out

If you have orca installed in a path that is not present in the $PATH 
variable, you need to specify the complete path in the command.

After run orca with the above command, press insert+space  and restart orca.
if you send me the file I'll compare with a similar debug in my machine.
