[orca-list] Firefox tab groups

I tend to accrue dozens of tabs over one Firefox session, so I was
looking at ways to efficiently manage them all. Tab groups appears to
be the feature I'm looking for, but hitting c-E brings up a window
that doesn't give any speech feedback. Is there any way to interact
with tab groups using Orca? If not, are there any alternate accessible
methods for managing huge numbers of tabs?
