Those are messages from speakup, not orca. If you're on a laptop,
'caps-lock+enter' will stop that speech; on a desktop, it might be
'keypad-enter'. Do either of these immediately on hearing all this
speech. I suppose you can remove speakup, entirely, or disable the
espeakup service.
