Could someone who is experiencing these issues create bug reports and submit
Orca debug output?

Alternatively, a non-password-protected site that can be used to reproduce
this behaviour would help, since I doubt that Orca and Mozilla developers have
access to some of the secure sites mentioned in this discussion.

Just trying to help the right bug reports to reach the right people.
