Hi,
the package name is  
libttspico-utils. 
In the /etc/speech-dispatcher/speechd.conf you have to deelete the hash at the beginning of the line with 
"addmodule pico generic".

Hi,
sorry if this has been asked before but can someone show me how to 
install svox pico (text2speech) and use it with orca? using ubuntu 14.04.
