[orca-list] orca saying "ticked" vs orca saying "checked" on checkbox

Hi,
i reinstall ubuntu yesterday and then do an upgrade sudo apt-get upgrade 
then when the process is complete, i suddently relize that, orca says 
"ticked" on checkboxes rather than "checked". in my other machine 
though, orca says checked. when i check the version of orca, orca+h, 
both says 3.10.3. Any idea?
