Hi,
The chm format is mostly common for ms windows enviroments. So the
possibilitys are a little rare.
Maybe you can convert the files to pdf txt or decompile it back to html
with chm2pdf or archmage.

You can also try to compile your old reader chmsee by yourself

Betreff: [orca-list] Reading CHM files
Hello all,
I have already read CHM files with chmsee, however, having migrated to
Ubuntu 14.04, I couldn't find it at official repositories.
I tried to use xchm, but it seemed to be not accessible with Orca.
So I ask: which accessible application can be used t read or convert
chm files?
