Generally, alerts can be read with flat review. This has gotten me out
of quite a few jams, and helps a great deal until Mozilla fixes the bug
that is preventing the text of the alert from getting to Orca where it
can be spoken. Once you know what the alert is, you can press control-k
to get to the search box and then tab to any buttons you need to
interact with in the alert. Hope this helps.
