Yes I have also replied to this bug before and I repeat, it is easily getting reproduced.

1. open new message in thunderbird
2. write two lines
3. try to move between lines with up and down arrows and you will see
strange behaviour. bottom line is never read, upper line is read just
sometimes.
4. try this with three lines and you will see similar behaviour.
