I found the following in debug file created by orca:

generate speech results:
  Google

SPEECH OUTPUT: 'Google entry'
SPEECH OUTPUT: 'Focus mode'
TOTAL PROCESSING TIME: 0.0914

I'll remove my configuration files and check again.
