[orca-list] trouble finding list of WIFI connections in Sonar

Hi,
I stumbled onto it before and found my WIFI and logged in.
I tried installing Sonar and the speech quit half-way through the install, 
so I'm trying it again.
I need to connect to my WIFI, and I have been trying to figure out how I can 
just bring up the list that leads me to the WIFI.
There is nothing yet in the "getting started" document.
