Re: [orca-list] More cool focus and browse mode stuff to test

Yes, changing by default when the structural nav keys are pressed sounds like the best default.
My connection here at work is rather slow, so still waiting for current build to finish downloading from git
to test.
If people find popular sites/usage cases where the contray would make more sense then I'd be interested in
hearing about
them, but it sounds like current default settings are most logicl, and easiest/most intuitive for new and
existing users
to understand.
Looking forward to testing,

Hey Peter.

Thanks for the feedback. Regarding this:

As for the main question I think when moving by arrow keys in browse
mode the default should be not to automatically change to focus mode.

I agree. That is why that is the default.

What I am really wanting to know is about what should happen with quick
keys / structural navigation. In other words, If you press "e," should
Orca automatically change to focus mode by default?

Currently, if you press "e" Orca automatically changes to focus mode by
default. This is a configurable setting. (I'll add it to the GUI by
Monday I think.) Before I add it to the GUI or document it, I am
interested in hearing what people think the default for keys like "e"
should be.
