I can confirm John's report with BARD.

On the other hand, why are we not telling LOC to make BARD WCAG
conformant? Currently, it isn't.

My favorite BARD peeve is the lack of proper <lang> tagging on foreign
language titles. Shame on you, NLS!

Hi.  I am using Orca master and Firefox 31.0 and the Bard main page does
not work well.  Go to https://bard.loc.gov and you can see that
sometimes it loops and you cannot get to the Email address except by
pressing e, down arrows always get stuck.  Once logged in, things are
even worse.  If you go to recently added books and magazines and then to
goto today's up to date links, pressing down arrow skips the books and
you just see the logout link.  If you try read to end instead, you can
hear the books, but if you hit control key to stop the read to end, the
cursor goes somewhere else and its hard to find where you were.  Should
I try 24.7.0 which is the next back version?

Any assistance would be appreciated.
