One further suggestion: SayAll should not be switching between focus and
browsing modes. Since it works probably 95% of the time or more, SayAll
should probably always remain in browsing mode, unless it stops on a
focus element. Also, if possible, even on a focus element, SayAll should
automatically switch to browsing mode, although it may be better if it
doesn't announce this. Thanks.
