[orca-list] How to use Background and Foreground Color Option of Text Attribute

Hi all ,

            Can any one tell me that use of Text Attribute of Orca Preference . Means in Text Attribute there are options like ' background ' and  ' foreground ' color . For what purpose they are used . I enabled those options but while reading any text document there are no changes found like no Background color and foreground color are changed . or orca speak out the what background and foreground color of document?
