Hi Joanmarie

Since orca is so dependent on another components
(good, we don't need to write everything from scratch),
I think we should
have a script showing all the important dependencies version.

Such a script plus a wiki page informing how to report bugs,
mainly what must be included in a bug report.

If you want me to do some part of this, you're welcome.
