[orca-list] Orca command line parameters.

Hi!
I don't know whats going on but i installed vinux 4 onto my computer and i don't get any speech at the login 
or at the desktop.
Nor braille.
I have tried pressing ctrl s and ctrl alt o.
I have tried pressing f10 and right arrow and then up arrow and enter.
Nothing works.
Though speakup seems to work fine at the console and also brltty.
I can't remember but there are command lines for starting orca with braill or with speech.
Anyone have these?
