The espeak synthesizer can be made to pronounce your language better. It 
all depends on how many volunteers or how much budget you have.

Depending on your timeframe, we can join forces, as I am looking for 
support for a international project to make espeak pronounce a variety 
of languages which currently do not have a FOSS synthesizer nor even a 
proprietary synthesizer for them.
