[orca-list] a small difference when composing a message using orca 3.11 and orca 3.10

Hi all.
That does not seem very important, but there is a small difference when 
composing a message using Orca 3.10 and 3.11.
In orca 3.10, after I press tab to jump from the subject field to the 
text area to type the message, orca reads the word blank.
In orca 3.11. nothing is read.
