[orca-list] Tonight's Gecko support update

Hey guys.

Today I removed a bunch more of the sad, non-performant hacks plaguing
Orca's support for Thunderbird and Firefox. As usual, I tested the heck
out of my changes. But I continue to be human, so please pull from
master and keep testing.

Now that I've more or less gone through all of the state-change and
focus-related Gecko code, I plan to start going through the
caret-navigation support and associated embedded object code. So, yes,
that means we have another long week ahead of us. <smile> But we're
getting there.....
