Either that or something about your environment.

As you may recall, during the 3.9/3.10 cycle, Orca became a noarch
package so that distros didn't have to maintain a 32 bit and 64 bit
Orca. So in most platforms now, when you yourself build and install
Orca, it doesn't wind up in lib64. But from your traceback, at least
some stuff is in lib64. So I cannot help but wonder if you have multiple
Orcas finding each other when they shouldn't be. Maybe not, but I cannot
reproduce the problem you are seeing.
