OK OK, its positively prehistoric. But is there a reason for mouse
over to not work, other than that its not running the latest version?
Amongst other things I support some legacy Ubuntu software and
upgrading may be more trouble than its worth.

My use of Ubuntu 11.10 predates my use of Orca, and I'd rather not
upgrade unless I really really have to.
Unity 3d was confusing either me or the desktop, and fancy graphical
effects are utterly wasted on me.
Tool tips on or off, makes no difference.
I appreciate that newer versions of gnome/orca may be better than old
ones, but did mouse over ever work on this ancient combination of 12
month old software?
