[orca-list] XFCE and orca

Hello,
How can I make the XFCE environment accessible. I seem to remember a guide being posted, but I have no 
recollection of the guide.
I believe you had to put something in the xinitrc file and use starts.
Can someone shed some light for me to try out how the environment works with orca or how I can try enabling 
it on my system?
