[orca-list] Strange issue when logging into Sonar, can you duplicate?

Good evening all.
Can you duplicate the following please.
1. Boot up your copy of Sonar, preferably 13.04.
2. If necessary log into your account.
3. Once Orca says, "Welcome to Orca", followed by "Desktop", are you 
able to press ctrl-alt-d? Because at my end, this doesn't work at all 
unless I press alt-F1 then back out of it.
My friend Gary Price can duplicate this for me.
I thought I had this working once, but am now not sure.
We are both using 13.04.
If you can duplicate, any ideas on whether it's a bug or it's by design?
