No, not really. There really isn't a way I know of that could make
applications running under Wine work with Orca without writing some
massive accessibility bridge that converts Windows controls accessible
to Orca through At-Spi etc.Then, of course, once the developers do
that the end up causing issues with cross-platform portability because
Wine runs on Mac OS and other operating systems too where the Linux
accessibility stack doesn't exist.  So they have to basically reinvent
the wheel for each and every platform that uses a different
accessibility stack. :D
