Hi.
I don't know if is the best way but when I need to create presentations 
i use html.
To create my html I use a program called txt2tags.
One advantage of txt2tags is that you can create the source file with 
simple tags and convert the source to multiple outputs like as html, 
pdf, latex and etc.
