You need Libreoffice Calc.  gnumeric isn't accessible.

Somebody sent me a csv file. Clicking on it in mail opens it in gnumeric.
But I'm not getting any speech in gnumeric. I'm using the version of orca in
debian squeeze. Any suggestions?
