Maybe that's the problem: Lack of beer. <grins>

I was seeing the problem off an on, but as you may have noticed I did a
bunch of changes over the weekend and Monday. In order to test, I
deleted my settings, did a totally clean build, reset up profiles, and
now I'm no longer seeing that problem. So either I've fixed it or
there's something special triggering it.

I've also done most of the items on my to-do list (all the rest of the
messages strings like "blank", app gui preferences, commands,
singular/plurals, the links/headings/foo list-of dialogs, etc.). The
only two glaring issues I'm seeing now are:

* Rolenames are in the locale of the environment of the app.
* GtkStockItem instances (generic buttons like OK and Cancel) are in
  the locale Orca was started in.

I'll give those a shot in the days that come. Please let me know if you
find anything else.
