[orca-list] Getting started with xfce

Hi all, with All the interest and talk about xfce and Orca, I would love to try it. Can anyone give me some 
pointers on how to get started? I have a ubuntu 13.04 box, where I've installed xfce via the xubuntu-desktop 
package, but cannot seem to find the setting to enable assistive technology. Any help is greatly appreciated.
