Use alt+f10 to get into the Firefox menus and the global menus in Unity.
Note that you can remove firefox-globalmenu if you want the menu bars to
behave as before, e.g. the alt-f10 key will take you into Firefox's
menus, but then you'll need to jump to another application before you
can get to the global menus and the indicators.

Hi,
I use Ubuntu 12.04, Orca 3.4.2 and espeak. From Firefox 22 the F10 key I
use to get to the menubar refuses. Alt_F get me to the File menu in the
menubar and arrow right to other menu's. Thanks.
