Re: [orca-list] No braille output.

Just wondering :
could you try with Ubuntu 12.10 or 13.04?
Vinux has out of date packages, and as such, has *several* unfixed bugs.
Give stock Ubuntu a shot and if you have Braille issues then report them.
Before filing a bug, be sure it hasn't been fixed in master! Most
projects use version control systems(I.E. git, SVN, HG, or Bazaar).
You'll want to checkout/clone the latest trunk, mainline, or master
branch and compile it. If the bug still applies then go file it. Be sure
to include a list of steps to reproduce the bug, what you get as a
result, and what the result should be. Attach logs, debug output, etc.
You can get a copy of Ubuntu 12.10 from
http://ubuntu.com
Or, a copy of 13.04 from
http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/daily-live/current
To enable accessibility in Ubuntu, insert the CD, USB drive, SD card, or
other boot media. You will hear a noise after a few minutes into the
boot sequence. When you hear the sound, press control+s to start the
Orca screen reader. Configure it as you wish(your settings should
transfer over to the new system), then press alt+tab to switch to ubiquity.

Hi!
I had to reinstall vinux 3.0.2.1 and now braille only works in the console but not in orca.
I have tried to delete the brlapi.key but with no success.
Braille is ticked in the preferences so its really strange.
Any help is appreciated?
