If I remember right, I think enough to do sudo apt-get build-dep
gnome-orca, sudo apt-get install gnome-common yelp-tools commands.
When I looked oldest time the master version of Orca in Raring, apt-get
build-dep gnome-orca not all required dependencyes installed and the
yelp-tools package is missed.
