OK, I have the package installed and the command line utility working.
How does this integrate into orca?

Subject: [orca-list] setting speech rate higher than 100 percent
Hello,
I realize that this is more of a speech dispatcher thing, but how do I get
espeak to talk faster than 100 percent without using the espeak_generic
module and causing extra delay?
Running the following at a shell produces the desired rate :
espeak -s 500 "This is a test of espeak at the shell."
Bill
