Hi Joanie.
Maybe I'm wrong, but for me the keys initially chosen present problems
since they can be defined as shortcut keys in the system.
I know you already know this since you mentioned the ctrl + alt + l.
I found in my environment two conflicts, ctrl+alt+o and ctrl+alt+u, both
used to start different versions of orca.
Where did those commands come from? If you bound them yourself and it's
not part of a distro setup, then I'm less worried.
Regardless: It is very hard to find a set of keystrokes that works for
everyone. So our most doable choices are:
* Propose clever alternatives like Attila did on the link. Then we as
a community can decide what is the least conflicty and most user
friendly.
* Unbind existing, less-frequently-used Orca commands so we can "steal"
their keystrokes.
* Make the "list of" dialogs unbound.
Thoughts?
