[orca-list] Orca keeps screen info even when I switch windows -- ubuntu 13.4 64 orca 3.8

Hi folks,
I'm noticing that if I'm in firefox, and I alt/tab to a document
window in Libre office, my arrow up and down keys still report what
was on my firefox screen.
If I hit the alt key, then escape, the screen refreshes and I have my document.

Any thoughts?
