I had the construction with the script to espeak some years ago but it
didn'nt exit cleanly and the next instant espeak was often busy.

So the question was moere haw do I pipe it into Orca.

Pdftotext doesn't work I need to know where the item is.
It is a map of the Berlin Ubahn. But very often you need to knowwhere
the item is.
