[orca-list] speak clipboard content

Hi,
Is there a way to pipe text into orca from the commandline?

There exists a commandline tool that produces the content of the
clipboards.
This way I would be able to select a text in a pdf an let it be spoken
without first having to paste it in gedit.

Or better is there a more direct way to let orca speak the content of
the clipboard? Preferebly the middle mouse one.

I need it to access some pdf's.
