[orca-list] Speech-Dispatcher 0.8-3 available in Fedora testing



Finally, Fedora is updating Speech-Dispatcher to 0.8-3. You can get it
now with a command like:

sudo yum --enablerepo=*test* update speech-dispatcher

It looks like some of the bugs against Fedora speech-dispatcher reported
here (and to Fedora Bugzilla) over the past few months may be getting
fixed via this upgrade. Among other things, it seems that speech in GDM
may now be OK.
