Hi Steve.
This is confirmed exactly as described.
If I press for example capslock+p to enter in flat review mode, nautilus
blows up.

I have all gnome 3.8 stuff running here from the Arch Linux testing
repo. I have noticed a problem when trying to use flat review on a
file name in a list view of Nautilus. What happens is Nautilus
disppears and I get thrown back to my previous application or empty
space if none else is running. I either restart gnome or I just found
that I can run 'nautilus -n' from the run dialog and get back. I can
do this every time. Just press Orca+i (laptop layout) to read the
current line or file name.
Can others reproduce this problem? I do not have a full keyboard here
so cannot verify if this will happen on a desktop layout. Oh, I use
the Caps Lock key as my Orca modifier key. My insert key is way out of
the way so is not a viable option for me to use as the modifier.
