[orca-list] links on websites

I am trying to find a more effective way of accessing links in firefox. 
Is there a way to do something like this? The problem is when I am on a 
particular part of a website, and I need to go to an inline link, 
pressing tab doesn't always jump to that link. It's almost like the 
regular cursor is independant from the mouse pointer. Any ideas?
