[orca-list] Mozilla PDF.js and Orca

As of Firefox 15, Mozilla have introduced PDF.js, a PDF renderer written in
Javascript that presents PDF documents using the HTML Canvas element. PDF.js
is not enabled by default.

There is a Mozilla bug regarding its accessibility:

This is an opportunity for those interested in PDF accessibility and who have
Javascript experience to contribute, and for Orca-related requirements to be
taken into account.

Apparently, PDF.js is intended to support HTML 5 implementations other than
Mozilla Gecko also.
