Hi Thomas,
I think what he ment is how many of these keyboard shortcuts give an accessible response? for example when we press alt + f it is the same with or without orca, i.e even sighted person makes use of that command.
But will orca respond "file menu " is the important matter.
There might be some keyboard shortcuts which upon pressing don't get orca to respond about the change.
I think this is what he may have intended to ask.
