[orca-list] Orca Audio Guides

Hi,

I am a very recent user of Linux with orca, however I'm finding it
very difficult to find anything useful to get me started using the
screen reader... I notice on the orca homepage there are a number of
links to audio guides of getting started using Orca, but these are
broken...

Does anyone know where else I can find some useful guides to using
Orca, or even if someone has a list of keyboard shortcuts/commands
that could help me get started.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
