Bob, you did help.  It seems that I accidentally changed my Orca modifier
key to the regular insert key when I was adding my keystrokes.  (I'm sure it
wasn't numlock, anyway.) It took me several tries, but it looks like things
are working as they should.  It's thanks to you.

I do not have the solution to your problem, unfortunately. You may already
know this, but I am writing in case maybe you do not. You can access the
Orca preferences window by hitting ALT+F2 to open the Run Command prompt,
type in the command:

orca -s

And press ENTER. This will open the Orca Preferences window.

I hope that this helps in some small way.
