that's rather interesting, setting a conditional breakpoint in
libatk-adaptors impl_GetIndexInParent() after the call to
atk_object_get_index_in_parent() conditioned on the return being less
than 0 the breakpoint is never hit.

Mike, might this be an issue with a stale cache or something else in
libatspi?
